Today Patternbank are featuring the work of print designer Soufiane Lafkih in our ongoing series highlighting our great designers here on the Patternbank Textile Print Design Studio. Soufiane has an extensive collection of designs including hand painted florals and digitally created geometrics. We asked Soufiane about his education and what inspires him, “I had a styliste and graphiste diploma from ESMOD school Paris, which I chose because of my passion and love for the fashion and clothing styles. My sources of inspiration are nature first, I love how the colours harmonise with each other. As for fashion, I follow street styles and the seasonal catwalk shows and the fashion designer who inspires me the most is Dirk Bikkembergs.  Check out more of Soufiane’s work here on her Patternbank Studio profile page.

NEW SEAMLESS DESIGNS

We’ve created an all new design preview engine that automatically puts designs in repeat.

NEW VISUALIZATION TEMPLATES

We have introduced a larger selection of new products that you can visualise the patterns on. Our new templates include: a new dress, leggings, wallpaper, a trainer, kids t-shirt, backpack, book, iPhone cover & a men’s shirt. These new product templates enable you to see the design realistically on certain products helping you get a true feel for how the design will look. Our designers are able to choose 5 masks from a selection of 12 brand new ones so they are able to show off their design like never before.

SCALE AND ZOOM FEATURE

You can now position and scale the designs giving you the ability to view a design in large scale or small ditsy. We also have a unique zoom feature that enables buyers to see designs up close to view the detail of the design.

EDITABLE FILES & EXTRA DESIGN ASSETS

Our designers are now able to upload optional design files including colourways, Pantone colours, original drawing, photographs – anything goes. Again, giving you more value from your purchases.
