These works of art from artist Amy Eisenfeld Genser certainly grabbed our attention here at Patternbank. We are really feeling a strong pull towards the colour of the sea at the moment and organic irregularities in pattern making. Amy says of her work, ” I am fascinated by the flow of water, the organisation of beehives, and the organic irregularity of plants, flowers, rock formations, barnacles, moss, and seaweed. Aerial views of our landscape can also be compelling; it is interesting how the organisation of our landscape becomes quilt-like when viewed from above.” To see more of these intriguing works go to amygenser.com
